Ok, so I have old dfi NF4 system with the strangest problem. Hopefully somebody here can solve it for me. System spec:

DFI lanparty
s393 4200+
patriot tccd

Right now I have it stable at 245x11 2-3-3timings. The problem is no matter what I do I cant get it stable running CAS 2.5. Even with the same stable settings 245x11, one little change of cas latency and it becomes completely unstable no matter fsb/speed. At 200 all the way to 330fsb it is completely unstable using cas 2.5. I think I've tried every memory option available with no help. Someone enlighten me wtf the problem is.

Hi!
I have just the same problem with nF4Ultra-D, G.skill 1GBFF (tccd) rams and a couple of cpu's failed to be stable with cl2.5. I think the memory controllers are faulty of most of these cpu's. I've tried a 4200+ x2 toledo with only 1 module at a time and there wasnt any problem with stability. When i inserted the other module windows didnt run well anymore with cl2.5. I tested both rams separately and they acted all the same so i hope rams are not defected.
