They're available in Australia now, too:

I'll be getting a Phenom black edition at some stage, to go with my K9A2 Platinum and crossfired 3870's. I'm just not sure if I should wait for the B3 stepping.
Anybody have any idea how much better B3 stepping is going to be?

They say that the B3 probably won't have the TLB bug solved, but maybe it will overclock better, if nothing else :)

a proper TLB fix would be nice, but it isn't really a huge deal.
From what I've heard, nobody has actually had any real problems with it so far, have they?
Probably why AMD missed it in the first place.

I think that Cooper said that the bug occurs rarely, and possibly only in virtualization enviroment.

AMD's OPN finder would imply that the 9600 Black at present is the B2 revision.

Where the one on the right is the Black Edition. Quick google suggests they're doing anywhere between 2.5-2.8GHz ish.

I think Anandtech got two BE's to 3GHZ, one to 2.9GHZ, and one to 2.8GHZ, all on air.
Can't remember what voltage they used, but I don't think they increased it by much, if at all.
