Looking for some advice? I have a Antec Sonata II and would like to improve cooling preformance. Was thinking about buying 2 new high cfm 120 fans and putting in it. Do any of you have any other ideas. It really is a pretty good old case and I really hate to buy a new one unless I haft to. Thanks in advance.

If you give budget and specs we can help :).

Side panel window/fan? Top Blowhole?

Budget is really not a problem. I wondered about modding it and adding a top blow hole and maybe a side door fan. It just has 2 stock 120 Antec fans in it now. Thanks

Depending on your psu, you might not be able to put a blowhole at the top of your case. If you have room between your psu and cd drives and you have the tools and are sure you wont spill anything down it :) I say go for it. Something that I did that helped a surprising amount was this. (granted your psu doesn't already have a fan)

(this isn't sanded yet for all of you haters out there)
Most of the new power supplies have fans, so... some specs would help hehe.

Also a hole on the side to put some cool air directly over the cpu/gpu would help too prolly :).

Lastly, get a stronger fan pushing warm air out. Cool air will suction itself into the case.

PSU will be a PC Power & Cooling 750 Quad.
