i am trying to figure out what this setting does in my bios and how it will affect OCing my Q6600. searching the forum gave me no answer and searching google wasn't helpful either.

Vgtlref to my mind is what this really is. But Asus can use very complicated names for usual things, so I'm not quite sure :)
