DFI LT X38-T2R NB cooler fit with thermalright ultra extreme?

I recently purchased a DFI LT X38-T2R, and the NB cooler has me a little spooked. Has anyone used the NB cooler along with a thermalright ultra extreme? I just don't want to be caught with my pants down when the 45nm's finally come out.

i hace my true facing up i will be getting another nb heatsink cause i prefer it blowing out the back of the case

you will have to swing it 90 degrees. the nb cooler is too high. this worked out in my favor because i just got a new case that has mb mounted upside down and an intake fan right there.

i was gonna cut off that part of nb heatsink but i dont know if will void warranty
