The Antec Solo is a good option. I have one and the only thing that you need to make it truly silent is to replace the rear 120mm fan with one that runs at 1000rpm or less. You can suspend hard drives using the supplies rubber bands so the only thing you will need to look out for is how noisy your CPU, GPU and chipset fans are.

It's also nice and compact and looks and feels like a quality piece of kit. A lot of thought has gone into making it as user friendly as possible.
