Dumb bios question

What bios do I download from the asus site? Are the all os for flashing in windows and the dos files for ez flash or are they just for the os you have and can be flashed any way you like?

Don't flash via Asusupdate in windows, maby have had zero issues though some got corrupted biosses... plz use the Dos version to work with EZ flash... do not flash with an OC set... reset bios to defaults... just set ram voltage to correct value and flash then... after the flash when pc booted up again reset again to defaults reboot and then you are off to go ... some have different methods but this one always worked out fine for me...
