My Striker Extreme finally went kaput. Only shows CPU INIT. RMAd it, but since I can't wait, I ordered the P5N-T. I already had two 8800 gt evga cards. Will 3-way sli work with a third one? Will it buy me any more fps in COD4, Crysis, UT3 at the higher resolutions, or should I just stick with two? Did anyone do any comparisons on single vs 2way SLI vs 3-way SLI perhaps in 3dm06? I search around, but found nothing. I had also water-cooled the striker with 2 ek nb/sb and 2 ek mosfet blocks. (asus-1 and asus-3) Will these work on the P5N-T?

Triple SLI will only function at the moment with GTX cards because they are the only models that currently have 2 MIO (SLI connector) interfaces on every card. From what I've read the early reviews on Triple SLI were lackluster at best. The performance increase over regular two-card SLI did not justify the purchase of a third, incredibly expensive video card. Granted the drivers and game support are sketchy at best for the moment, so maybe you will see a significant improvement in the near future.
