Both test well, ones a lot cheaper what do you guys think? Is it really worth the over all cost, plus how much smaller is the ultima 90 vs. the 120 and the kingwin?

The Kingwin RVT-12025 is a re-branded Xigmatek HDT-S1283 (http://www.xigmatek.com/product/air-hdts1283.php), though they may use different fans. Heatsink reviews are generally all over the place, depending on which site does the review (and which mb, case, cpu, fans they use, etc), but my general impression is that the TR Ultima would outperform the RVT (the Ultima generally performs on-par with a Tuniq Tower, depending on which fan you use).
The Ultima is quite a bit shorter in height than the RVT - if you have a side-door-fan on your case, you'll likely have to remove it if you go with the RVT.
The Ultima has a much better mounting mechanism, but does require removing the motherboard (the RVT uses the Intel push-pin design, the Ultima is a back-plate + bolt-through design).
I think SVC.com probably has the best price on the Ultima (http://www.svc.com/ultima-90.html) currently.

Zerotherm is good. I'm inclined to say Ultima, but I'm not sure since the 120mm version of the Xigmatek HDT did quite well.

I vote for the Zerotherm, have one, one of the best looking high end coolers in my opinion.
