Kingwin vs Ultra? (first build)

I have fallen in love with modular power supplies and narowed it down to these two companies.
Ok so either Kingwin MACH 1 800W or Ultra X3 800W
I bought an Antec 900 and im plannng on filling up all six HD slots with SATA.
MB=Asus P5E

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Which Ultra? Every one is different.
