Just got mine today and I cant access any voltages, managed to boot my 6400X2 at 3.4+ghz with stock voltages though.
Anyway I went to the website and I have the current bios I believe its 1.10? I dont really like using the AMD Overdrive:(
Anybody know anything about a decent bios??
Try 1.13 BETA. Usually the best I've seen so far. ;)

I've got 1.13 beta on my board, and so far I think it works best.
Also, AMD overdrive works very well on my system (using 2.0.14 beta)

any link where to get it?
I can't send it yet since I don't have that HDD with me here, but I'll send it you as soon as I can if no one else has done before me. Sorry about the delay.
Pass me your email in a PM that I can send it to. ;)

Yea no one sent it to me, if you can that would be cool:) would I be able to flash using a flash drive or does it have to be floppy? I dont have a floppy drive.
Another problem Im seeing is in AMD Overdrive the cpu voltage never sets to what I want it it just goes back to the original 1.4v setting once I press apply.
Then in the memory section I dont have access to the cas # latency so its locked at 5 the others are open.
if there is anything in the bios you think I should disable let me know, also if there is an overclocking guide for these X2 point me in the right direction

I can get someone to send it me here. Do you want me to send it your way? (you haven't PMd me the email addy I have to send it to?)
Another problem Im seeing is in AMD Overdrive the cpu voltage never sets to what I want it it just goes back to the original 1.4v setting once I press apply.Check what the max you can set through the BIOS is first. That'll usually be the max AOD will let you choose.
Then in the memory section I dont have access to the cas # latency so its locked at 5 the others are open.CAS is always locked within Windows and only properly changeable at boot. ;)
if there is anything in the bios you think I should disable let me know, also if there is an overclocking guide for these X2 point me in the right direction
Disable Spread Spectrum and HPET timer. I don't recall the other options you get for X2 ATM, they differ for what we get with Phenom installed. Make sure you keep your RAM within its stable speeds/latencies too.

KTE, i could use them too... isn't there a download link?
most of issues i have is with the bios mem divider and that in combination with the cpu/fsb divider. its always taking different values depending on the htt bus. drives me crazy.
also depending on which divider i use in bios my amd overdrive locks the whole system
thx duploxxx
You'll need to message me an email addy if you want me to send the BIOS to you guys. :)
Various download links used to work but they've been taken off places AFAIK. Haven't found anything fom a cursory search. The German MSI forum I'll have to re-register on because they've not sent me verification link for over a week, so I can't download from it yet and you'll have to register to download from it.
Here's the link with the latest online BETAs for this board in case you want to follow/download from it: http://www.msi-forum.de/thread.php?threadid=35629

Hi
ATM I'm using performance bios P0D, and 113.
Both are good for me.
You can download almost all beta bios that are in the german forum from here (http://www.box.net/shared/vugp8xveoc), the file contains:
113;121;122;P0D and the new one 131.
Be well.

Be well.anybody had any experience with those newer BIOS versions?
Are the 1.21 and above with the TLB fix?
if so, I would rather not use them.

Yes i read on the MSI Forum that 121, 122 and 131 all have the "fix" so i will still use the 113 beta. 131 do fix the 1066 memory problem but then the fix slows the cpu performance down drastically. According to the site AOD does not bypass this competely as there is a performance drop from non-fix bios's
P0D was the first one with the TLB errata patch.

Allways, the best thing to do is to try the 2 bios in your System and see the best one for your needs.;)
My test results when getting the best 3Dmark06 score with 8880GT/HD3870 cards using several bios exept 1.31(haven't test it yet, I'm testing PHENOM/M2N32-SLI 1603 bios), and the best ones was P0D/113.

Another problem Im seeing is in AMD Overdrive the cpu voltage never sets to what I want it it just goes back to the original 1.4v setting once I press apply.I get a similar issue.
If I try to set the voltage to something that's a little bit above what it currently is, it won't work.
I have to put the slider about a volt higher than what it currently is, then apply that. But when I do, it only increases by about half a volt.
If I try to set the #$^%&$ to about 1.7V, it just won't do it! it'll keep going back to somewhere between 1.64 and 1.66 or so. Even if I try putting the slider to about 1.75V
