If anything like the BH5/CH5 deal they will do ok, but wont take voltage.
BH take voltage and timings
CH get decent timings but wont take voltage.

Your right with that.
Got one Corsair 3000 BH-6 doing 247@2,2,5,2 @ 3.4V ;)
The CH-6 doesn´t even get near this territory.

i know, ch5 are better overclockers chips, but basiclly i don't need them..i'm running my mem at speed between 200 to 230 mhz (1.6a+it7), so if ch5 will do, let's say 10mhz more @ same voltage&timings..it won't realy matter.
anyway, i'll gram stick today for test.

Did the heatspreaders come off easily- and when you got them off are they in any condition to be put back on properly?
I have a 256MB stick of XMS3000C2 on my desk (along with some VData PC-2700 & TwinMOS PC-3200) waiting for my SMD grabbers to arrive to fix my borked IC7 VDIMM mod- and I'm curious to see what chips are on em but don't want to destroy the heatspreaders.
