best fan controller

i'm looking for a good fan controller or 2.

must be black
must control up to 5 fans
LCD would be nice
under 30 dollars preferred

i'll be controlling about 10 yate loons in a cube and i'd like to go from 5v to 12v on them.

I'd personally say to use a Sunbeam rheobus controller and use a y-splitter to get 5 fans on it. It can handle 20 watts per channel...those cheap LCD controllers are junk IMO unless you get the higher end models like the Matrix Orbital
