Things are so cheap in the US  In the UK prices would be:
IFX-14 = $80
TRUE 120 = $90
plus $35 for two decent 120mm fans
Here's a thread by Vapor which pits the two coolers against each other.

In Singapore
IFX-14 = SGD$105
TRUE = SGD$99
someone is capitalising on the TRUE success cause it wasn't that price when it first came out over at Petra when i first asked about it.

This was my review. (http://forum.abit-usa.com/showthread.php?t=126195)
I think the bottom line is: both are great heatsinks, likely the best out there currently.
Overall, for its simplicity, its hard to argue against the Ultra 120X.
If you have an enormous case, or an open bench, the IFX-14 may show some benefit with 4 fans strapped to it.
If you want near-silence, I feel 3 ultra-low-speed fans on the IFX-14 is going to perform better than the Ultra 120X.
Don't forget the Ultima90, if you want to save some money, and lose only a small fraction of the performance.

i had an ultima 90, then got the TRUE.
TRUE can handle the harsh conditions, ultima90 teeters on the edge of death.

I'm sure 3 scythe fans would work.
Or you could just stick a 38mm San Ace in the middle; I think this would be one of the best choices for a IFX-14.

The TRUE is a great cooler, but be ready to lap it. I have 2 of them, and they perform much better after lapping.

I read somewhere that you could buy them already Lapped, Do any of you have any idea where you could find one already done? Thanks

Here's my rig with the TRUE shoehorned in with just a crappy case fan attached to it (ignore the wiring as I just put it together last week):

TRUE or water, those are basically your options for the best clocking w/o going into too extreme methods of cooling. :)

I've moved from the Ultra120eXtreme to the IFX-14. With two Yate Loon D14SL-12 and some Liquid Pro. For the Ultra i've used two S-Flex 1600.
My Temps are only around 3C lower but the overall System is really silent now.
Here you'll find a great review.
