Looking to aircool an EVGA 680i board ... already have the TR 120 Ultra Extreme for the CPU. Just wanting to double check that the HR-05 IFX/SLI will fit on the board to cool the Northbridge, along with the Ultra Extreme.

Assume I will then need to get one of the small fans to cool the Southbridge. And, what about the Mosfets -- do I need to get anything extra to cool them?

(Plan to run a Q6600 and 2 video cards in SLI).

Thanks for any help you folks can provide.

The SLI HR05 will fit with no problem, a little close to the back of a gpu but nothing serious. This is the most popular choice for the SB (http://www.petrastechshop.com/evvcvgcodnf4.html). As for the mosfet, they are fine as stock. Are you moving away from watercooling or this just a second rig your putting together :) ?

Thanks for the reply, Darkatom.

Thinking of going for air cooling on a new rig while I figure out exactly what I might want to do for the next water cooled setup. Moving to a new house, so space is more of a consideration this time around.
