I feel free to answer the question concerning which RAM was used. According to the German source it was DDR3-RAM supplied by Mushkin, which was specially selected to scale with high Vdimm and to deliver tight timings at high frequencies. It's called Mushkin DDR3 1800MHz Bicolor. But I think Michael will give some more infos on them.

CPU is at 5757MHz and VGA is on air at 810MHz and 1100MHz with stock heatsink..... :)
