I'm only pumping 1.55 in the bios. But yeah, this chip needs a lot of volts to be stable at 3.6

Have you tried the 1.1V BIOS Mod on your 8800GT?

Sorry for hijacking your thread but i got a little question regarding my BFG 8800GT OC @ 756-1840-1900.
How come my card is clocked higher (besides the memory) and he is getting over 6k on SM2 // HDR test, the memory overclock really affects the overall performance ?.

He's got a faster processor. :D 3Dmark is quite CPU dependent.
He also has good scores considering he is running on XP. I have also a higher clocked card but I only had around 13,262 in Vista-32.

I would like to but when i load the device in Nbitor, it doesn't show anything, just a blank screen :(

My cpu is clocked 450mhz higher which makes a big difference in 3d mark 06

I applied the 1.1v bios mod and i could only get the shaders up by 40mhz and the core would go up anymore :(. Seems i got a card with a bad core.
