any suggestions, looking for something to run crysis and cod 4 on a medium overall setting, been reading lots, and this card seems to come out on top as far as performance per penny, MSI NX8800GT-T2D512E-OC Geforce 8800GT $324 CDN ($330 USD, £161 GBP)

B10 is probably canadian, that's why he listed canadian $ first

I'd say 8800gt 256

200$us probably around 180-190 cad because the usd is the weak one now

Right now the 3870 and the 8800GT are the sweet spot on video cards. Just make sure it is the 512 mb version and not the 256mb

yes I'm Canadian,and yes to the 512 version, going to hold out and see if a contact can get me the card any cheaper

my system isn't supreme but it works, S939 athalon 64 3000+ 2gb ddr 400mhz dual channel, i figure get a decent video card and then shop around for a new mobo, processor and ram this summer

Canadian? NCIX probably has the best deal going on right now for any card at the moment. GTS 512MB for less than the 8800GT you pointed out. Better performance, better overclocking and way better cooler.
