got this game running on 2 3870s @ 1920x1200. Everything up as high as it goes. Reading about how it looks, and hearing from ppl playing it on the 360. Everyone says its jaw dropping. I'm playing it and ya i think it looks great, but jaw dropping? i dunno. perhaps I'm too cynical, but I don't see it. The face animations aren't even near real (lips don't even move half the time.) and the physics are pretty crappy. Shooting dead bodies/walls etc results in little to nothing.

What do you guys think? is my system just not working right? is it freaking awesome on your pc? is it better on the 360 perhaps? :s

*edit* game play is great. playing it through again on hard. and getting my ass handed to me.

The graphics arent jaw dropping, they are extremely good on the 360 but we have been used to those sort of graphics for over a year on the PC so thats why your not impressed. They graphics didnt impress me much they are good but its the gameplay that makes the game the best one of the year for me.

thats due to too high risk of getting the game banned in europe otherwise... its not because they coudnt make it more realistic... its that they want to avoid the ban stick in certain european countries. (and australia).

after having played crysis the graphics are not impressing.. thats true.

but yep, the gameplay is awesome:up:
