I'm going to go liquid for my Danger Den Waterbox Plus case I just got, and here is what I'm looking at so far:
Pump--Laing DDC 3.2 w/ Petra's top
http://www.petrastechshop.com/laddcwpeddto.html
Radiator--Swiftech MCR-220
http://www.petrastechshop.com/swmcqposerab3.html
Waterblocks--D Tek Fuzions on the CPU and GPU
http://www.petrastechshop.com/dfucpugpuco.html
Now I have a few questions I'm not sure about.
First, should I get a reservoir, or a T-line setup instead? And do reservoirs have to be at the highest point in the loop?
Second, Will the MCR-220 radiator be enough for a 45nm quad and GPU? Or should I get the MCR-320 and find a way to mount it to my case? (I'm running a 8800GTS 320MB)
Lastly, How do you drain a liquid cooled system?

get both a t line and res if you want a res will allow for more coolant so you wont have to watch out for evaporation but also i t line can be helpful for filling/emptying the loop when needed.
you drain the system if you have a t line by placing the t in a bucket or something similar and pulling the tubing off the "t" and letting it run out then try and move the case around a little or if you want detach all blocks rads res and pump and place all this in a container and just pull the tubing off and move around the equipment to get the last bits of coolant out

I see, so then I would put the res at the lowest point right? And does the res have to be the highest point in the system, or does it matter?

yer try to put the res at the highest point and the pump at the lowest point i think (someone to clarify) put the T at the lowest point makes for easier draining

The res just needs to be able to gravity feed the pump. It can be the second lowest part of the loop if you need it ti be and you'll be fine.

How about tubing? I've been reading about tubing the past few days, and I'm feeling kinda helpless on what kind I should use. Should I go with Tygon R3603 Masterkleer, or something else? This is 1/2" ID BTW.

Congrats . . .even the DD haters here cannot talk crap about the Waterboxes ;) For that case I strongly suggest an Alphacool clear top or similar for the pump. I love Petra but the clear top just adds to the appearance with a clear case . . .Petra: MAKE A CLEAR TOP BUD!!!!!!!! Either Tygon or Maskleteer is great. Use 1//2" Tygon Perfect Seal barbs.

Can you give me a link to a good Alphacool pump? Petra's and FrozenCPU don't have them.
Thanks for your help everyone, I really appreciate it.

Thanks for the link. Should I go with the Ultra (600 L/Hr), or would I be fine with the Pro (420 L/Hr).

Im currently working on a waterblock review using the DDC 3.2 and an EK Top and With that pump the Apogee GTX is a little over 1c cooler than the fuzion :)
