I'm using a P3 HS on my 9800, and can bench in the 490-495 range with it. I'm about to put a WB on the core, and I noticed that the free version of pstrip only goes to 503 for the core. What does everyone use as a tuner to clear 503mhz, or can I alter the .ini to do this. In the old days pstrip had an easy to edit .ini, it seems there isn't a "range" section anymore, unless it's in hex.

double click the icon rite below the MHz slider on Powerstrip and then increase the value (like 1.33 => 1.5)

Ragnarok, does RT offer anything to ATI users besides overclocking ?

well it does enable the softmod and enables xtra pipelines
I always prefered RT, coz low level hardware OC always seemd to let me go a bit higher

Is RT the only one that does low level ? I liked the fact with PS after setting the clocks I can close the program and it retains the overclock ? I haven't used RT since my 4600, but there were lots of tweaks in there for that card.

Is there any way of overclocking an ATI card and getting it to retain the settings after a reboot without having to run a seperate app at reboot?
Just ask it nicely ;x
Not AFAIK

There was a program called RadEdit that allowed you to do this but the author stopped developing it and I don't know if it supports the 9600/9800.
Probably not a good idea to permanently fix your overclock like that anyway...
