Well that depends. The 2500+ Barton already runs @ 333MHz (PC2700) so if your FSB clocking youll have to Overclock the RAM as well, that is if it will Overclock.

The NF7-S and Bartons are a good clocking combination but your RAM will hold you back. What make is it please?

Its 1 stick 512mb Cosair pc270

So far i've pushed it up too 215x11 i think Im sorta afraid to try and push it ne farther and when i try to benchmark with it like that it just shuts off so i try and bring the voltage up to help stable it out and it works then im just trying to see if theres a way i can get it up more...?

Corsair will usually go higher than rated, hehe.

Increasing the voltage will help you get stable but at the cost of a lot of extra heat, raising the processor speed by itself doesnt create too much more heat but its voltasge to stabailise at these speeds that create heat.

I personally dont like to raise voltage on air cooling.

its not to bad of a cooling system that i got on there lol I stick my floor fan where the side panel is sometimes to keep it cool lol runs about 40.c without it :) only do that every so often hehe

do you know if i should keep the agp spread spectrum and cpu spread spectrum and cpu thermal-throttling on ?
