Is there any hope for my mobo?

Ive got an FIC AU13 mobo and apparently mine wont even touch 200 FSB with my AXP 2000@2.17ghz. Ive beefed up NB cooling, reduce ram timings, reduced ram speed, etc. to no luck! Sometime ago somebody here told me that my mobo is very similar to the epox 8rda and that my NB can be voltmodded?

Is this true? Can by NB/mobo be vmodded and get me to 200 fsb? Where can i find a guide? Any help would be awesome, thnx

The AU11 is the equivalent of the 8RDA+ im sure your board could be volt modded anyway, can tthe vdd be raised anyway from the BIOS?
