3850 vs 7800gt?

I have a 7800gt and was wondering how much of a boost would a 3850 provide me?

You would definatly see a big gain. However, not as huge a gain if you had a better cpu going into it.

Bottom line though, it would definatly be worth it.

i have a friend that went from a 7800GTX to 2x3870 CF and he's happy with it. it depends on the games you play and the size of your monitor. you need a big monitor and demanding games to take full advantage of this hardware.

ya monitor will be the next thing but really my cord broke that attached my 7800gt to the tv, so the hdmi will be awesome i hope =D..ordered it btw
