Id probaly go with the Power Color...... Both have a 1year manufacture warranty ..but the """POWERCOLOR""" comes with a bridge in the box and everything else..Saphire dosnt give you crap ,just a card and driver disk!
Even reading the reviews ,,ive seen far less complaints about the 3870PowerColor....
Almost forgot ....For overclocking the PowerColor has the nice aftermarket Fan with PWM heatsink if i remember correctly you will need to add meory heatsinks ,but dont have to......I havn Oced eitherCard but cooling is every thing right? If its not cool you card isnt going to much higher Right...Im not shure how good the Saphire cooler is but it also exaust the heat out the back.....If you have a good flowing case and an extra fan in front of the card id go Powercolor and then Oc the crap out of it:yepp:

NO........I would get the POWERCOLOR HD 3870 that exhausted the air out the back;) Not much for hot air blowing around inside of case just gets other stuff hotter.

Yup , i thought i would list the open cooler option just in case ...The powercolor with double bay cooler should Oc nice...Ive seen more failues on Sapphire in the past with the X1900series..I had two fail in a row...Less than 1 month apart...due to heatsink cooler they ran...Im shure there better now ,but it made me not go with them anymore..Only Ati's i own now are X1550 and HD2600 by Vision Tek...picked them up for real cheap..they are my back up cards..
Every card ive owned , ive oced ...if it failed in a week i sent it back:yepp:

Sapphire comes with everything. I received crossfire dongles and manuals and cables. The only thing that sucks is that they skimp on the manual. But who reads the manual anyways.

Sapphire comes in 3 different versions - Bulk, Lite Retail and Full Retail
as to the question - PowerColor FTW! from what I have seen, the Sapphire HD38X0 cards didnt clock that well, especially the memory, but the Powercolor cooler is LOUD, unless of course stock cooling isnt your case, wwhich I hope :)
