8800GT Ramsinks

I am about to replace my X1900XTX with a new XFX 8800GT Alpha Dog. I have enough ramsinks to cover all the memory on the 8800GT i think but i was wondering where else on the card do i need to put ramsinks? I have a fan blowing on my video card area at all times so is it necessary to put sinks on anything else other than the memory chips?
