I am looking at MajorMav's vmod pics but can't make out the writing in the bottom boxes. Is this the voltage checkpoints? Can you solder a wire to each and then put your multi on the leads to check?

It is a bit hard to read:

4th picture says gpu voltage measurement points
7th pic is memory voltage measurement points
