Why does VMware kill my WCG Perf on XP64

I am running Dimes with VMware on my XP64, and I have noted that it kills my WCG performance to approx 50%...This is not the case with XP32 though.

On the XP64 I have even re-assigned priority to VMware of Low and WCG/Boinc to high...Pls help:confused:

It's been quite a while since I've run VMWare, but don't you have to give the virtual machine a high priority and then set a low priority of WCG inside the VM?

WCG is my main XP64 Proggy, I run 8 instances of Dimes within VMware...VMware is taking too much processing power on my XP64 OS...On my XP32, it uses very little CPU cycles? What's up with that?
