ATI Tool wont work...

I installed ATI Tool twice now. And it wont work. I installed the drivers it comes with but when it starts up a box comes up first that says the 'Kernel Mode driver does not seem to be running" It starts up but all the options and whatnot are just blank. Any idea whats wrong?? obviously something with the Kernel Mode driver. Should I download a new installer from a different source??

ummm, I got this working just like my second post said. No need to post here anymore :)

and to Bobdoler, I just want ATITool for runnign the artifact test. I would never use ATI Tool for OC'n or anything else. its crap.
