With my 8800GTS 640mb G80 on Windows Vista 32-bit with 169.12 both RivaTuner, ATITool 0.27 b3 and ATITool 0.26 can not change my clock speeds.
This card can overclock, I have done it many a times.
Under Windows Vista, what tool should I use to change the clock speeds? Any settings I have to change?
