Vista Startup Problem

Hi, I recently installed Vista Premium 32 bit on my 2nd hard drive. When i boot up vista, I get to the progress bar, but then nothing else comes up sometimes. At first, it constantly did that, so i replaced my 400watt psu with a 500 watt one. It helped, but it still doesnt fully boot sometimes. Is this a psu problem? or bios/driver maybe? I have a Nvidia 7600gt oc and i heard there are driver problems with vista.
My motherboard is a gigabyte 965p-ds3.

u probly got a bad install try to reinstall or u have ur boot manager miss configured
