definately picking up a iceqIII version of the 512mb 3850(x2) or the 3870. i have made my x800gto iceqII running for 2 years oc'd and no problems. i would without-a-doubt buy this version of the 3870 if i planned on doing a 3870 crossfire, because the fans an these will keep them cool even in such confined spaces.

It's a waste of money if that card is going to be more expensive than the regular versions.

I'm sure if you wait a bit you will see a lot of good BIOS'es from the enthusiast community. ;)

how will it clock 10% better is it running 1.4V or something couse my voltage is the limit on my sapphire and not the cooling, it loads with 877mhz at 53C with full fan spped

777 Mhz core clock + 10% = 855
My normal Sapphire out of the box overclocks (in Overdrive) to 860, (and mem to 1306), Rivatuner to fix the fanspeed at 55%. This is 3DM06 stable. Because of occasional freeze during real gaming for hours, i lowered to 855/1256. This is absolutely gaming stable.
So IMO, no need to pay even 1 cent more for any other model than the standard one. :)
