Under 4GB, depending on your sys config. Most machines with 4GB will show around 3.25GB. Any more is ignored by the OS.

Mine showed 3.25 (or around there) on 32-bit, but then when I installed the beta service pack 1, it went up to 4Gb...interesting to say the least.
