3dmark only 5k on new 8800gts g92 need help

just got the new 8800gts g92 installed in my pc, ran 3dmark06 and i got 5k 3dmark which should be around 13k.

my specs:
Asus Commando with 1604 the latest bios
Q6600 @ 3.3GHz
2GB Gskill DDR2-800 4-4-4-12 @732
8800gts 512mb
enermax 600w psu

the driver i used is the 169.06 came with the card.

try to run CPU-Z and check if your PCI Express is running at 16x, if not, increase SATA/PCI Voltage in BIOS

make sure and have everything in forceware set to high performance and use default 06 resolution of 1280 x 1024 or
maybe re-install drivers after you do an fresh operating system install.....

i think you are right,both cpuz and gpuz tells me the card is running at x1 speed not x16

i tried increase the sata/pci voltage but doesnt change.i was using 8600gt and 8800gts on this machine and both of them works fine.

seems that card is faulty,i tried another one works fine now
