Bootabel USB (have no CD/DVD nor floppy drives)

I´m trying to make my USB stick bootable but I can´t seem to find all necessary files.

I have a couple of programs to make a USB stick bootable but they all need Floppy boot sector files. I can´t seem to find these files! I can only find Floppy/Windows boot disk creation files that require me to insert a floppy disk in drive A:

There is a nice tutorial here on the forum (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=118576), but all links to the usb bootable floppy image files are long dead.

So where can I find the necessary files?

P.S.: I have NO floppy drive NOR cd/dvd drive. Only HDD and USB.

Have you checked bootdisk.com ?

p.s. You can also use a virtual floppy drive program ( AFAIR there's one called Virtual Floppy Disk ) and create a bootable FDD on the image drive, and grab the necessary boot image from it ( that's how I do it )
