Does it make a difference in 3dmark scores and other benches?

Asking because i'm using the same XP install i had with my old AMD 3500+ and 6800GT vid card. Only getting around 13770 points in 3dmark 06 with the CPU oc'ed to 3760Mhz and vid card (8800GTX) oc'ed to 660/1080.

Hmm. I'll delete everything and reinstall, will post the score improvements here. Thanks man.

Got a massive ~120 points improvement :D That was probably because i overclocked the shaders independently after the new install. Damn :(
