Will the Thermalright Ultra120Extreme fit on this board? Normal orientation( heatsink parallel to the exhaust fan), not a 90degree swivel.

If the layout is anything like the DFI P35-T2R it will work without issues as I am using that exact heatsink, in the orientation you are requesting on that board.
