hey whats up!
Im going to join wcg. I have 2 quad core systems and a dual core system. Was folding over at eofc but that place is really lame. Was wondering which of the available projects need the most help? which is our team strongest in? any quick suggestions?

Doesn't matter, we're glad to have the help.:up:
I'd stick the quads on the Aids or the dengue fever project and maybe try the dual core on HCC(Cancer)
There are some issues with the HCC project but it doesn't seem to effect the duals as it does the 8 core machines.

Which projects you choose to run is all up to you. Some of us have a personal vengeance against certain diseases, so we run those projects, while some others just want to do what they can to help out where they can.

Pointswise, the HCC WUs seem to be scoring a bit lower than the rest, and Sierra_Bound said he thought the DDDT WUs give the best daily score.

I'm running the FAAH and Dengue projects, myself. hopefully yhey'll get the Cancer project's issues sorted soon. That is the one I'm most interested in.

nvm: i got it :D downloading as we speak. Im just doing the FAAH one on this computer right now, will do the cancer one once its working and got some other computers up(cannot do right now, im at my moms house, building a quad for my dad and have a dual at my dads house)

On BOINC Manager, go to Advanced ---> Preferences. Hit Clear (doesn't matter which tab). Then go to Projects tab and hit Update.
