One of my friends approached me to help her out with a $400 build for her new father in law. She needs something space saving and all he does is listen to music , plays guitar hero, MS Office, and burns the occasional DVD.
I came up with this, nice cheap and effective but im not sure about the power supply. I never really skimp on these type of things but in this case I have to. This of course will NOT be over clocked.

Will the Antec 380W do the job?

Earth watts is a good quality psu (made by Seasonic :)) Other parts of the system look good too.

$45 - 30
$15usd after rebate!! lol

Pros: 380w is a lot of power for most applications. I'm running a Core 2 Duo and a ATI 3850 just fine. It's a fine power supply for single card system. I know a lot of people that buy 500-600w and never use their full power.

a 17A and 15A 12v rails
