Which one of these is better Vapo LS or Prom mach 2

I´d prefer the Vapo over the Mach, but if you want a really good unit let a reliable builder make one for you. It´s like asking if you prefer Skoda or Lada. Just go to the BMW dealer. :)

LoL.... anyways, Mach 2 in it's original form will not hold anything to Vapochill LS... however, Mach II GT is right in neck of Vapochill LS. Thing is...
vapochill has better EVAP and mounting kit while Mach has better compressor.
Neither of them are tuned for what we use now a days on extreme end of load. Hard to say which way to go... :P If used unit, which ever (vapo LS or Mach II GT) is cheaper and more pleasing to your eyes :) Probably vapochill LS though due to availability of mounting kits for newer CPUs.

I'd go with the vapoLS, it's got a nicer case, a better evap and mount-kit, and the slightly weaker compressor isn't that much of an issue at the end of the day. If you ever do modify the unit, the VapoLS is SO much easier to work on.

Is it? They are practically same when modification comes in? :P (done enough not to notice lol).
One, evap, the other compressor, both need something to increase condensing capacity so same amount of brazing, etc... :)

The Mach II case is bout 2 inches shorter in length but about 1 inch taller in height. If you try to fit a larger condenser into the case it easily becomes a nightmare.
well it's hard but not impossible, coldice deluxe condensers fits pretty good in machc ase.
As jin vapochill has better EVAP and mounting kit while Mach2 GT has better compressor so its a hard choice. In saying that the mach2 company are no longer around, so for support ya would be best to go with a vapochill.
Im always on the look out for broken mach2's best units to mod, bigger condenser and a new evap head and they are one of the best coolers you could ask for ;)
