View Full Version : How can i output at 1366x768?

I have my PC hooked up to 32" 720p TV with dvi to hdmi cable how can i get my pc to send it exactly 1366x768 i can send it 1366x760 a friend said if i sent it eaxctly 1366x768 that the picture would look better because the TV wont scale it then.?

Im uisng a 8800.

In your driver look for "Manage Custom Resolutions".

Try View - Define Custom View to make sure its not hidden.

Do you have a driver installed for your monitor or is it just a generic plug and play monitor?

Just to let you know, you won't notice 6 pixels of scaling, I wouldn't worry that much about it if you can't find the setting, just right-click on the desktop, properties, settings, select your nvida graphic card (should be upper left), then the bottom screen res and refresh rates, at the bottom there's an add button.

I use xp, but it shouldn't be that much different for vista
