COD4 crashes with AtiTool

well atitool crashes cod4 even with stock clocks and settings. on a 2900, a x1950pro and had a friend test his 8800gt. ALL STOCK.... and it crashes between 5 seconds to 15 mins. when i have atitool off on them all i can play it all day long hours apon hours.. overdrive and amdoverclocking utility work fine. im trying to control the fan on the 2900 with atitool. any suggestion? :confused: :D

Does not crash for me,with AMDGPU tool(850/975).I do not need the fan control;) .

word. im on stock cooling i need the fan at 100. have a modded bios of 880/981 1.25v 3d .. atitool artifact scan for 30 mins safe. 72c max. amdoverclockutility works fine. guess i will just have to force the fan on with a resistor. :rolleyes:

and if riva tuner craps out on you, do a driver cleaner run

it's really effective
