Sorry to be burdening you guys lately. I've been having some booting issues with my new build. Here's the symptom, when I hit the power button on my case, nothing happens, fans don't come on or anything. I've tested the power button on a different mobo so I know that's not the problem. Also, it's not a psu problem since it's making the green light on my mobo turn on. Do you guys know anything that may cause this?

My specs are

P5K-e
8800GTS KO
q6600
Cooler Master Elite 330
520 HX
Some Segate HDD (not connected right now)
Some kind of Asus DVD player (not connected right now)
A-Data DDR2 800 ram that's out right now since I can't get the mobo to atleast try and turn on

Thanks.

Make sure the header from your case labeld Power Sw is in correctly.

That's not the problem. I just got done trying all of the wires in the the power switch spot and the same thing happened. Nothing. Any other suggestions?

Can anyone else help me? I really don't want to RMA the mobo if it can be fixed/there's nothing wrong with it.

Just connect a wire to the two power leads to jump it. It should power on. If not then your mobo is bad.

I officially have a bad mobo.

Thanks for the advice.
