There’s not many detail yet, but we know that the RV620 is a 55nm product, supports PCIe 2.0, DirectX 10.1, UVD and software Crossfire(which doesn’t require a connector).

Looks like they are testing the waters for a smaller die. Will it be 45nm or 32nm on 2008?

RV620 is 15% smaller than RV610

32 nm is very enthusiastic and we won't see that in a while. Even nV is sticking to 65nm for a long time now.

Only cause AMD has dibs on pretty much all the 55nm and 45nm tooling at TSMC.
