Maximus Formula or other reccomendations?

hey guys gona be putting my new mobo under water.will also be getting a quad pyron for it when they get cheaper.

i can get a the macimus for €239.84 (http://www.dabs.ie/productview.aspx?Quicklinx=4S5S&CategorySelectedId=11143&PageMode=1&NavigationKey=11143,4294953361) just wondering if there are other boards you would reccomend higher then this for the same price ?

also i will be running 4 sticks of crucail balltix pc 6400, i heard there were problems with this mobo and 4 sticks is this true ?

The P5E (x38 with PCIe 2.0) and ASUS P5K Series (if you are not into PCIe 2.0)

The Gigabyte X38 is nice too.

Also, P35 does do PCIe 2.0 but only on the primary PCIe x16 slot.
