his 2600 xt install will not work!$

I Cant seem to get it to work. I installed the latest drivers from ati and it gives me an error each time. i have no idea what to do.

the error i get when i try to use windows to update the drive is that handle is invalid the ati center just says it failed to install i have no clue here ive never had a problem installing a dirver before

I spent all day on this never worked. newegg is sending me a new card. must have been doa. i cant figure anything else out. hopefully they will overnight it to me with the holiday coming up. they are even sending me a nicer card for free because the one i ordered is out of stock.
