samsung lcd warenty

Several different places, boards and retail have stated clearly Samsung has a ZERO dead pixil policy in the warenty for computer lcd's.
This is completely FALSE! it is an eight dead pixel policy replacement.. for those out there like me getting a new monitor soon.

I do remember one time my buddy has bought an 22" Samsung widescreen a couple weeks back, and it came with 7 dead pixels, we couldn't believe it, so we kept putting pressure on the screen with a wet cloth and ending up killing 2 more, and sent it into samsung, got a perfect one back.

Well I did read one and I spoke to a service rep for Samsung USA, so, I am not sure why u are statingthere is not one when they both said eight?
