BioStar RMA

Does any one know a phone number to get a RMA number from Biostar USA? I filled out there "Tech Form" 3 times now. I am loosing WU's here just sitting on the shelf :shakes:

not sure I can help U on that one...

Just wanted to relay my experience from Biostar whilst working in a PC shop dealing with tech...

They are very hard to get hold of for RA/RMA... My only support was to go thru the distributor & even then there was an extra long wait compared to the majority of other companies RA/RMA procedures...

your best bet would to probably go thru the support from where U brought the board from tbh
