Help - weird device in Device manager

Last night a new driver was listed available from Windows Update through Vista...i downloaded and installed, but i don't know what the hell is it?

I've never seen this driver being offered by Windows before, i don't have an ATI graphics card, so what the hell is it?

As you can see that while the device is working properly, Vista says a memory range is unavailable.
It's listed as "ATI PCI Express (3GIO) Filter Driver".

I looked around, couldnt dig up much other than alot of people got this installed yesterday and are now asking M$ wtf is up.

Looks like you just uninstall it from Device Manger (while selecting to delete files from system) and restart until the old drivers take effect.
