Autorun speedfan at bootup?

how do i set speedfan 4.3.4 beta 32 to autorun at bootup on my vista ultimate x32 machine, i have the speedfan gadget running in the sidebar, and i'd like to have it startup automatically upon boot, but i see option in the speedfan "config" for this, i know it can be done, but just don't know....:shrug:

anyone out there can help me with this?:confused: :D

C:\Users\MadMan\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\ Start Menu\Programs\Startup

(substitute "MadMan" with your own account)
and create there a new link to speadfan.exe
